[SET COMMENTS]

Vaporeon's access to Wish and Heal Bell to support its teammates sets it apart from other bulky Water-types such as Gastrodon and Milotic, which gives it a niche in RU. However, it still faces competitions from these Pokemon, since they are less passive and Vaporeon also faces competitions from Umbreon as a Wish supporter and cleric due its typing and bulk. Protect ensures that Vaporeon gets a safe heal from Wish and allows it to scout for Choice-item users such as Darmanitan, Gardevoir, and Heracross. Heal Bell removes any status effects from Vaporeon and its teammates. If the team has already a cleric or status absorber, Flip Turn makes Vaporeon less passive and enables it to bring other teammates safer onto the battlefield and, if needed, giving them an easier healing with Wish. Alternatively, Toxic cripples bulky Pokemon that take advantage of Vaporeon such as Togekiss, Volcanion, and Gastrodon. Haze prevents bulky setup sweepers such as Reuniclus, Snorlax, and Suicune from using Vaporeon as setup fodder. Ice Beam lures bulky Grass- and Dragon-types such as Roserade, Celebi, and Noivern. Since Vaporeon is affected by every entry hazard, Heavy-Duty Boots gives Vaporeon more switch-in opportunities rather than loosing momentum to keep it healthy. However, Leftovers is an option to give Vaporeon some extra recovery and it works nicely with Protect. If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, a Relaxed nature alongside 0 Speed IVs, it can turn Vaporeon into a better defensive pivot. 60 EVs can be put into Special Defensive to be not 2HKOed by Modest Nidoqueen, even though this is not very common. 176 Speed EVs allows Vaporeon to outspeed Adamant Golurk. However, this makes Vaporeon worse against Pokemon it should mainly check like Darmanitan and Sharpedo.

Balance and more defensive teams tolerate Vaporeon's passive nature and appreciate its support tools and ability to check fearsome threats such as Nidoqueen, Darmanitan, and Sharpedo in return. With Flip Turn, Vaporeon can also fit onto creation bulky offensive and VoltTurn teams, since this move makes it less passive. Pokemon without a reliable recovery such as Registeel, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate Vaporeon's Wish support and typing. In return, they can either check Grass-types or relieve it by taking the role as a cleric. Grass-types such as Roserade, Celebi, and Dhelmise check fearsome Electric-types like Raikou and Xurkitree well while Vaporeon checks Fire-types for them. The first two mentions can also act as a status absorber and check for Rapid Spin Starmie with Toxic. Flying- and Fire-types such as Crobat, Incineroar, and Darmanitan check annoying Grass-types like Roserade, Celebi, and Dhelmise more offensively. Since bulky setup sweepers such as Reuniclus and Snorlax can use Vaporeon as a setup fodder, reliable checks to them such as Chandelure, Pangoro, and Obstagoon are recommended. A check to Toxicroak is also important and Pokemon such as Crobat, Nidoqueen, and Noivern fulfil this role well. Raikou, Xurkitree, and Snorlax deal with Toxic Volcanion, which can be an annoying threat to Vaporeon. If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, strong wallbreaker such as Darmanitan, Xurkitree, Nidoqueen, and Pangoro are good teammates, since Vaporeon often baits Pokemon onto the battlefield of which them take advantage such as Grass- and Electric-types and threats like Reuniclus and Snorlax. If Vaporeon runs Leftovers, a reliable entry hazard control such as Noivern, Utility Flygon, and Dhelmise is necessary.

Since Vaporeon is affected by every entry hazard, Heavy-Duty Boots gives Vaporeon more switch-in opportunities and force it less to give up momentum to heal itself. rather than loosing momentum to keep it healthy. However, Leftovers is an option to give Vaporeon some extra recovery and it works nicely with Protect. If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, a Relaxed nature alongside 0 Speed IVs, (AC) it can turn Vaporeon into a better defensive pivot. 60 EVs can be put into Special Defensive to be not 2HKOed by Modest Nidoqueen, even though this is not very common. 176 Speed EVs allows Vaporeon to outspeed Adamant Golurk. With Flip Turn, Vaporeon can also fit onto creation bulky offensive and VoltTurn teams, since this move makes it less passive. (Mention that Flip Turn lures in checks to it; and Pokemon such as Flygon or Nidoqueen can capitalise on Raikou,Xurk, and Volcanion whilst Celebi can take on Starmie or Gastrodon on a predict) Pokemon without a reliable recovery such as Registeel, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate Vaporeon's Wish support and typing. 252 SpA Life Orb Toxicroak Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 20 SpD Flygon: 226-266 (75 - 88.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Raikou, Xurkitree, and Snorlax deal with Toxic Volcanion, which can be an annoying threat to Vaporeon. If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, powerful but frail Pokemon such as Xurkitree, Darmanitan, and Pangoro appreciate its ability to bring them safely onto the battlefield. If Vaporeon runs Leftovers, a reliable entry hazard control such as Dhelmise, Noivern, and Xatu is necessary.

Mention Necrozma - it can set hazards and spread toxic support which allows vape to be a cleric whilst checking Vaporeon's better checks such as Starmie,Roserade and Vileplume. With this i'd more like to see a new Flygon mention about Defog support as it pairs well in beating Xurkitree and Raikou and letting Vap have leftovers . Because of this mention Vap can have the slot to run Heal Bell instead of Toxic.

Thank you very much for your AMCheck Reece
I have implemented everything as appropriate besides this one

Mention Necrozma - it can set hazards and spread toxic support which allows vape to be a cleric whilst checking Vaporeon's better checks such as Starmie,Roserade and Vileplume.
I didn't implemented this because as far as I know defensive/utility Necrozma is not that common/won't get a set and if I give it a mention, that would go into too much detail.

Tag me when implemented or if you have any questions. This is mainly trimming

Vaporeon's access to Wish and Heal Bell to support its teammates sets it apart from other bulky Water-types such as Gastrodon and Milotic, which gives it a niche in RU. However, it still faces competitions from these Pokemon, since they are less passive(How is them being less passive important? They can both more easily afford to run Ice Beam and Toxic for threats like dd gon, togekiss, seismitoad, and volcanion.) and Vaporeon also faces competitions from Umbreon as a Wish supporter and cleric due its typing and bulk.(I think you can cut this part, while they're both a wish passer and cleric they check fairly different things and its usually a question of vapo or another water not umbreon imo.) Protect ensures that Vaporeon gets a safe heal from Wish and allows it to scout for Choice-item users such as Darmanitan, Gardevoir, and Heracross. Heal Bell removes any status effects from Vaporeon and its teammates.(This is basically telling me what Heal Bell does? Its especially important since a lot of Pokemon that Vapo may switch into could toxic it, like meta, registeel, and rhyperior.) If the team has already a cleric or status absorber,(status absorbers aren't really solutions, most of the time at least. Regardless of what your status absorber is, its probably not going to be a great rhyperior, metagross, or stakataka response, to me its more of a trade off. You could explain later on how running no cleric support with toxic/flip is viable, and the drawbacks of that. I'm aware status absorbers aren't useless but I feel this is a better way of going about it.) Flip Turn makes Vaporeon less passive and enables it to bring other teammates safer onto the battlefield and, if needed, giving them an easier healing with Wish. Ice Beam lures bulky Grass- and Dragon-types such as Roserade, Celebi, and Noivern.(Both of these options, are near if not completely non-existent, and seem niche at best.) Since Vaporeon is affected by every entry hazard, Heavy-Duty Boots gives Vaporeon more switch-in opportunities rather than loosing momentum to keep it healthy. However, Leftovers is an option to give Vaporeon some extra recovery and it works nicely with Protect.(You could cut boots entirely or leave them in as an option for flip turn vapo) If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, a Relaxed nature alongside 0 Speed IVs, it can turn Vaporeon into a better defensive pivot. 60 EVs can be put into Special Defensive to be not 2HKOed by Modest Nidoqueen, even though this is not very common.(Not worth it for, pretty much the reason you said.) 176 Speed EVs allows Vaporeon to outspeed Adamant Golurk. However, this makes Vaporeon worse against Pokemon it should mainly check like Darmanitan and Sharpedo. (Golurk is pretty niche currently, and very uncommon, not worth dedicating so much for it.)

Grass-types such as Roserade,(RC) and Celebi, and Dhelmise(The other grass-types are overall better Pokemon and not dirt slow, it probably won't be too easy for most to fit dhelm.) check fearsome Electric-types like Raikou and Xurkitree well while Vaporeon checks Fire-types for them. They first two mentions can also act as a status absorber and check Water-types like Toxic Milotic, Toxic Starmie, and Seismitoad. for Rapid Spin Starmie with Toxic.(I made this more inclusive and removed the status absorber part, re what I said about it earlier.) Flying- and Fire-types such as Crobat, Incineroar, and Darmanitan Noivern check annoying Grass-types like Roserade, Celebi, and Dhelmise more offensively.(If you're using a slow passive water-type checking them defensively is important.) Since bulky setup sweepers such as Reuniclus and Snorlax Cosmic Power Metagross(More relevant.) can use Vaporeon as a setup fodder, reliable(Reun has Focus Blast and can wear down chande, they're not all reliable.) checks to them such as Chandelure, Pangoro, and Obstagoon are recommended. A check to Toxicroak is also important and Pokemon such as Crobat, Nidoqueen, and Noivern fulfil this role well.(Toxicroak is niche, like B on the VR, imo shouldn't really have its own point.) Raikou, Xurkitree, and Snorlax deal with check (Seems more fair, they all asides snorlax take a lot.)Toxic Volcanion, which can be an annoying threat to Vaporeon. If Vaporeon runs Flip Turn, strong wallbreaker such as Darmanitan, Xurkitree, Nidoqueen, and Pangoro are good teammates, since Vaporeon often baits Pokemon onto the battlefield of which them take advantage such as Grass- and Electric-types and threats like Reuniclus and Snorlax.(Flip Turn is no longer in the main set. But what you can do is mention how amazing Vaporeon is alongside Obstagoon. Vaporeon can cover for goon's lack of longevity with Wish and many of the Pokemon that could take advantage of vapo like Milotic, roserade, and Gastrodon, vapo could pass to goon and have it wreak havoc.) If Vaporeon runs Leftovers, a reliable entry hazard control such as Noivern Crobat and,(RC) Utility Flygon,(RC) and Dhelmise is necessary.(Remove the leftovers part, you can instead explain that hazard control is important due to how Spikes users like Golisopod and Rose can set up against vapo. I removed Dhelmise for the same reason as earlier.)
