[SET COMMENTS]
Serperior fills the role of a lategame sweeper for offensive teams that uniquely boosts its Special Attack while attacking thanks to Contrary Leaf Storm. Tera Blast gives Serperior the strong coverage that it sorely lacks, as Serperior is otherwise entirely walled by Steel-types and most special walls. Tera Blast Ground is the most common choice, as it deals heavy damage to Pokemon like Heatran, Galarian Slowking, and Gholdengo that do not fear Leaf Storm. Tera Blast Fire trades a strong hit on Galarian Slowking and Heatran for a way to immediately threaten Corviknight, Skarmory, and common Air Balloon users like Gholdengo and Kingambit. Tera Blast Rock is a more specific option, primarily chosen to beat Volcarona, while also granting Serperior a way to hit Kyurem and Dragonite hard. Glare is used to punish the switches Serperior often forces, allowing Serperior to cripple common answers like Heatran and Volcarona without having to commit to using Tera. Substitute allows for Serperior to scout switches and fish for full paralysis turns to more easily set up. Additionally, having a Substitute up forces many faster potential revenge killers like Zamazenta and Darkrai to risk a strong hit or paralysis to break it. Dragon Pulse can be used over Substitute as a non-tera reliant way to deal with common Dragon-types, especially Dragons that are not weak to the chosen Tera Blast type. Leftovers helps to keep Serperior healthy throughout the match, most notably allowing it to make more Substitutes. The Tera types chosen are primarily to aid in coverage as mentioned above, but also have a few defensive applications of note. Tera Ground can enable Serperior to safely Substitute against a Poison move from Galarian Slowking or Clodsire in a pinch, potentially allowing for a free turn of setup. Tera Fire allows Serperior to resist Triple Axel from Meowscarada and Weavile, a move that otherwise threatens to OHKO Serperior even through a Substitute. Tera Rock not only threatens to OHKO Volcarona, but also resists both of its STAB moves and can set up against it barring a Tera in response.

Serperior is very Tera reliant, so it wants teammates that can help it to make the most of the Tera investment and do not need Tera themselves. It is best used alongside Pokemon that appreciate paralysis support, and provide heavy offensive pressure. Ribombee is a great teammate, as Serperior makes great use of Sticky Web. Sticky Web allows it to outspeed otherwise faster Pokemon like non-Clear Body Dragapult and Booster Energy Iron Valiant. In turn, threat of a Contrary Evasion boost from Defog or a Contrary Speed boost from its own hazard due to Court Change helps to maintain the Sticky Web. Other entry hazard leads like Hisuian Samurott and Glimmora also support Serperior well, as many of Serperior's checks are grounded. Landorus-T is another good teammate for Serperior, as it provides Stealth Rock, can use U-turn to get Serperior in safely, and threatens Pokemon like Heatran and Galarian Slowking with Earthquake. Roaring Moon is notable because it fits on the same team structures as Serperior, appreciates the paralysis support, and threatens bulky cores with Knock Off and potentially Taunt. Arguably the biggest threat to Serperior is Gholdengo, as it both can repeatedly switch into Leaf Storm and is immune to Glare. Galarian Slowking similarly cares very little about Leaf Storm and does not mind the speed drop from paralysis. Kingambit is a good partner, as it can switch in against both of these problematic Pokemon and threaten them with heavy damage. Kingambit also appreciates paralysis on Pokemon like Corviknight, which non jolly Kingambit can beat 1v1 thanks to the Speed drop. Kyurem dislikes risking paralysis, but takes little damage from Serperior and heavily threatens it and many of Serperior's frail offensive teammates in return. Teammates like Air Balloon Gholdengo and Volcarona can help to sponge Kyurem hits while adding more offensive pressure. Gholdengo can use Nasty Plot boosted attacks like Shadow Ball and Psyshock to help break Galarian Slowking, Blissey, and Clodsire for Serperior, while blocking hazard removal. Volcarona does not typically break for Serperior like Gholdengo does, but appreciates Tera Serperior removing walls like Heatran which frees Volcarona to run sets that otherwise lose to these walls.

Serperior fills the unique role of a lategame sweeper lategame sweeping isn't unique to serp for offensive teams that boosts its Special Attack while simultaneously attacking thanks to Contrary Leaf Storm. Tera Blast gives Serperior the strong coverage that it sorely lacks, as Serperior's special movepool consists entirely of Grass- Dragon- and Normal-type moves leaving it easily walled this feels like dex info, just mention that it lacks moves to hit steels and special walls without Tera Blast. Tera Blast Ground is the most common choice, as it deals heavy damage to Pokemon like Heatran, Galarian Slowking, and Gholdengo that do not fear Leaf Storm. Tera Blast Fire trades a strong hit on Galarian Slowking and Heatran for a way to immediately threaten Corviknight, Skarmory, and common Air Balloon Steel-types ghold/gambit while retaining the super effective hit on Gholdengo. Tera Blast Rock is a more specific option, primarily chosen to beat Volcarona, while also granting Serperior a way to hit Kyurem and Dragonite hard. Glare is used to abuse abuse isn't allowed in analyses, choose a different word/words the switches Serperior often forces, allowing Serperior to cripple common answers like Heatran and Volcarona without having to commit to using Tera. Substitute allows for Serperior to scout switches and fish for full paralysis turns to more easily set up. Serperior fills the role of a lategame sweeper for offensive teams that uniquely boosts its Special Attack can snowball easily (less dex info-y) while attacking thanks to Contrary Leaf Storm. Tera Blast gives Serperior the strong coverage that it sorely lacks, (rc) as Serperior is otherwise entirely walled by Steel-types and most special walls. (technically monograss gets walled by a lot more so i'd just cut this part out) Tera Blast Ground is the most ideal common (or other words to denote suggestions; move choices in analyses are meant to recommend readers on what to run, not what the meta is like at this point in time) choice, as it deals heavy damage to Pokemon like Heatran, Galarian Slowking, and Gholdengo that do not fear Leaf Storm. (mention physdef skeledirge and the dragons in raging bolt and gouging fire too, especially cause bolt is immune to glare; just adding more targets w different typings other than the steels and poisons is better to imply how important the coverage is) Tera Blast Fire trades a strong hit on Galarian Slowking and Heatran (there're technically more than just these 2, including the dirge, bolt, and gouging i mentioned above. i'd reword this section to focus more on the steels bar heatran instead since you miss out on dragons, fires, and glowking, and then you can mention the metal birds + balloon steels that tera blast ground cant hit) for a way to immediately threaten Corviknight, Skarmory, and common Air Balloon users like Gholdengo and Kingambit. Tera Blast Rock is a more specific option, primarily chosen to beat Volcarona, while also granting Serperior a way to hit Enamorus, Kyurem, (ac) and Dragonite hard; similar to Tera Blast Ground, it also dents Gouging Fire and Skeledirge. hard. Glare is used to punish the switches Serperior often forces, allowing Serperior to cripple common answers like Heatran and Volcarona without having to commit to using Tera. Substitute allows for Serperior to scout switches and fish for full paralysis turns to more easily set up. (Mention what are some mons you can set up the sub freely on, and are there any matchups that it helps you beat?) Additionally, having a Substitute up forces many faster potential revenge killers like Zamazenta and Darkrai to risk a strong hit or paralysis to break it. Dragon Pulse can be used over Substitute as a non-tera reliant way to deal with common Dragon-types, (such as?) especially Dragons that are not weak to the chosen Tera Blast type. Leftovers helps to keep Serperior healthy throughout the match, most notably allowing it to make more Substitutes. The Tera types chosen are primarily to aid in coverage as mentioned above, but also have a few defensive applications of note. Tera Ground can enable Serperior to safely Substitute against a Poison move from Galarian Slowking or Clodsire (you prob wont click sub in front of clod cause you wont break through it regardless & it'll just end up pp stalling you, god forbid they're amnesia), potentially allowing for a free turn of setup. (the para immunity from pult is nice too, cause it can otherwise twave you through sub) Tera Fire allows Serperior to resist Triple Axel from Meowscarada and Weavile, (also resists meow's uturn) a move that otherwise threatens to OHKO Serperior even through a Substitute. Tera Rock not only threatens to OHKO Volcarona, but also resists both of its STAB moves and can set up against it barring a Tera in response. (rock doesnt resist bug buzz. if anything, tera fire is technically better for volc defensively cause you actually resist both stab moves & even giga drain as well. can just reword to something like how both tera fire and tera rock gives you the fire resist against [examples], and add how going tera fire sets only lets you glare them back as a response while tera rock lets you actually threaten huge damage back into stuff like cinderace, iron moth, the volc, etc)

(mention the team archetypes that serperior fits in the first sentence here, which i assume is the webs line you're going for later)
Serperior is very Tera reliant, so it wants teammates that can help it to make the most of the Tera investment and do not need Tera themselves. It is best used alongside Pokemon that appreciate paralysis support, and provide heavy offensive pressure. (these sentences feel like they're just 'hanging there' cause you dont elaborate on them further and just went straight to webs; how is the issue of it being reliant to tera fixed? who are these teammates that dont need to tera that pair well w serp? or the teammates that love serp spreading para? unless you explain right away i would just remove them, since you end up covering them on each mons later on anyways) Ribombee is a great teammate, as Serperior makes great use of Sticky Web. (i'd also expand this further to add serp's good matchup and be annoying against opposing webs teams for teammates like valiant, moon, and zama that are otherwise screwed by the speed drop) Other entry hazard leads like Hisuian Samurott and Glimmora also support Serperior well, as many of Serperior's checks (such as?) are grounded, (ac) which makes them very susceptible to Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Landorus-T is another good teammate for Serperior, as it provides Stealth Rock, can use U-turn to get Serperior in safely, (any specific mons landot invites in that it can bring serp in on?) and threatens Pokemon like Heatran and Galarian Slowking with Earthquake. Roaring Moon is notable because it fits on the same team structures as Serperior, appreciates the paralysis support, and threatens bulky cores (like? what are the bulky mons that moon can knock that helps serp?) with Knock Off and potentially Taunt. (the aforementioned roaring moon cant freely switch into them but it threatens them offensively too, try rewording this highlighted sentence to fit that) Kingambit also appreciates paralysis on Pokemon like Corviknight, which non jolly Kingambit can beat 1v1 (even jolly appreciates this since it makes the interaction much more cleaner, i'd probably add more mons gambit can now beat w the speed drop insteead, like kyurem and roaring moon) thanks to the Speed drop. (would like to see a sentence [or a few sentences] mentioning how volc and other special attacks like raging bolt and iron valiant can overwhelm shared checks in glowking, skeledirge, and clodsire for serp to sweep, and vice versa) (rillaboom prob deserves a special mention here too, aside from uturn + knock off support its grassy terrain helps boost leaf storm + give more opportunities to use sub)
