Move Changes
- status moves: Bulk Up | remove Swords Dance
- physical moves: Bone Rush, Bulldoze, Triple Axel
- special moves: Terablast

Description:
1) Flavour
If three heads act independently from each other and have their own will, imagine what they can do when they all work together and operate in a coordinated manner.

Thus came the idea of Technician Dodrio, which has to rely mainly on uncommon multi-strike moves to become an effective threat. While Pokémon like Ambipom or Cinccino almost never combine their multi-strike moves with Technician due to the inconsistent damage output or a preferred ability like Skill Link in Cinccino's case, this Dodrio has the typing, physical resilience, and power to pull off these moves pretty effectively.

If you were wondering about the dual Ground / Flying type, it was chosen mostly for competitive reasons. However, it can also be justified flavour wise; in fact, Dodrio are able to survive in harsh living conditions, like Cerulian Cave, Mount Silver or arid areas. Against this background, Dodrio's Ground type can be seen as a natural adaptability to these difficult environments. Moreover, a part of this Pokémon's design is inspired by the kiwi, which is a bird that can detect movements in the ground. This allows it to put its beak into the earth to get their preys, like worms. Furthermore, they dig their burrows to lay their eggs. So, there's a heavy emphasis on its activity on the ground.

2) Competitive
Dodrio is meant to land devastating hits with its multi-strike moves and pull off combos.

Thanks to its Ground / Flying dualtype, bulk, and solid movepool, Dodrio can switch into Ground and Fighting Pokémon, such as Onix, Rhydon, and Machamp, among otherrs. As it's able to force these Pokémon out, it can naturally take advantage of multi-strike moves like Bone Rush several times without having to worry too much about not landing enough hits; after all, if a new Pokémon comes in to take the brunt for the previous partner, Dodrio has another shot to weaken it. This is an advantage both Ampibom and Cinccino do not have as they are too frail to switch into moves and lack a reliable recovery move.

While, in theory, Dodrio could run Brave Bird or Aerial Ace over Triple Axel because of STAB, it likely wouldn't run these Flying moves in Singles. Brave Bird comes with recoil and worsens its bulk, which it actually needs to check certain threats better, like Machamo or Rhydon. As for Aerial Ace, it's not very powerful and can miss out on crucial KOs. This is where Triple Axel comes in; it's the best of two worlds. First of all, Technician turns it into a powerful Pseudo STAB that can hit Pokémon like Zapdos or Venusaur, which would otherwise wall Dodrio. Secondly, Triple Axel doesn't come with recoil and hits a wider range of Pokémon than Brave Bird does.

If you really hate contact punishing items and abilities, there's Long Reach at the cost of less offensive pressure.

Stave Off is a new ability that takes advantage of Ground / Flying's excellent resistance profile, allowing Dodrio to be used more defensively. Stuff like Defog and Taunt underline its utility potential; on the other hand, Stave Off + Bulk Up offer a mix of offense and defense.

: Huge Power, Frisk | Soothing Song (If the user switches out, the new Pokémon has its status cured.)

HP - 140

Def - 65
SpA - 70
SpD - 65
Spe - 67
BST: 477

Move Changes
- remove: Knock Off

Description:
1) Flavour

All Huge Power users are based on or a pun on rabbits. Without exception. Thus, with Wigglytuff being associated with rabbits, Huge Power makes a lot of sense.

2) Competitive

Thanks to Huge Power, Wigglytuff can now become a threatening physical attacker, thereby distinguishing itself from the more utility oriented and specially inclined Clefable. I increased Wigglybuff's speed a bit to take advantage of Trailblaze but I didn't want to increase it too much to ensure Choice Scarf Pokémon and some really speedy Pokémon can still pressure it.

Due to its decent bulk and really high HP, Wigglytuff can also be used more as a utility Pokémon, with Wish, Stealth Rock, and Heal Bell. Clefable offers the same thing but Wigglytuff has much more HP. Meaning the recipient will recover a lot more HP from Wish. Speaking of utility, Wigglytuff can still exert some offensive pressure with Huge Power as Body Press is still affected by this ability and its base Atk stat is still pretty good uninvested.

If you are more interested in scouting, Frisk is an option, especially with improved bulk and a mono Fairy typing. Soothing Song, on the other hand, synergizes with Wish and frees up a move on Wigglytuff.

Seadra

Type: Dragon
Abilities: Swift Swim, Sniper, Rough Skin
Stats: 70 | 80 | 80 | 95 | 90 | 85 [BST = 500]
Move Changes: +Spikes, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Grass Knot, Ancient Beam
75 BP | Special | Dragon-type | 16 PP | Always crits.
Description: Its stat spread doesn't really excel at anything, but that allows it to fulfill a variety of roles. Run swift swim to become a budget Kingdra, Sniper + Ancient Beam for essentially a no-drawbacks draco meteor, rough skin + spikes for a more defensive lead set.

Dodrio

Type: Ground | Flying

  • -All Ice-type moves, Flash Cannon, Agility
Description: now truly poisonous, Toxic Spines is a funny move that may seem kinda underwhelming in power, even if it hits twice, but it does set up spikes once done, so that's cool. also is neutral to fairy, and is probably Venusaur's worst nightmare (though really any poison-type is), could try bulky poisoner, though frankly DDance is it's preferred set, as it can go kinda ham with it with 110/80 offenses, the hazard setting with Toxic Spines is just kind of a bonus on such a set

Description: fire lash is the greatest pokemon move of all time so i made it again. Seadra can wear down more passive special walls with Drake Rifle, and use Nasty Plot + Draco Meteor to wipe things it can't quite wear down as well off the map. Very big steel type skill issue that it can't really deal with without having good boosts already. Mid physical bulk isn't the best for sure, though it does have tangible and acceptable 90/100 special bulk. Slowness is also a pretty big issue, though the set of tools Seadra has lends itself less to a sweeper and more a tool to break down slow, bulky walls.

Description:
live your gen 1 memories by paralyzing anything that moves. Jigglypuff's turned bitter at everyone falling asleep at her song, now using her sleep powers to their full advantage to give horrific nightmares to those who fall asleep in her presence... Wigglytuff's gameplan is to be kind of really annoying. Spread sleep and paralysis and start hitting them with crit Dark Pulses while they're taking a nap. Nice bulk means that it can be worth it to fish for the much better sleep over the paralysis, though slow speed means it's susceptible to being chunked while it's trying to use its status moves. Also has great coverage! if we ever get a resttalk user this thing's stock will skyrocket

Fairy/Electric
Abilities: Competitive/Float Away/Pixilate (HA)
When this Pokemon is hit by an attack, it gains the effect of Magnet Rise, and its Speed is raised by one stage. This does not get triggered if Magnet Rise is in effect. The effect of Magnet Rise ends after five turns as per normal.
Stats: 150/60/60/80/70/80 [BST 500]
Movepool Changes:
Add: Agility, Boomburst, Discharge, Explosion, Hurricane, Magnet Rise, Moonblast, Nuzzle, Recover, Self-Destruct, Spirit Break, Tailwind, Volt Switch, Weather Ball
Remove: Dig, Gravity, Rollout, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock

Description: Meet Wigglytuff the balloon. This new version being fast and floaty helps it have use as special attacker. Pixilate Boomburst will prove to still be effective, even with its relatively low special attack, and the potential speed of Float Away will allow it to outspeed certain opponents and use some of the other tools at its disposal. Fairy/Electric is an upgrade from Fairy/Normal, mainly becoming neutral to Steel and resistant to Fighting, and Magnet Rise is one of the few moves that can make someone immune to ground type moves, aka floating, like the balloon should do. Competitive is the best ability base Wigglytuff currently has, so keeping that felt like a safe ability.

When this Pokemon makes an attack, it instead makes 3 attacks at 30% damage. Any additional effects apply to each hit individually.

Movepool Changes:
Add: Acrobatics, Axe Kick, Bulk Up, Bulldoze, Brick Break, Close Combat, Double Kick, Drill Run, First Impression, Focus Blast, High Jump Kick, Hyper Voice, Low Sweep, Nasty Plot, Play Rough, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Tera Blast, Trailblaze, U-Turn, Wild Charge
Remove: Haze, Headbutt, Sky Attack, Toxic

Description: Hit Squad is taken from Dragon Quest, where it does effectively the same thing. I figured this would be interesting, Parental Bond was scary because of Power-Up Punch and this... does not have access to that. Turning every attack into a multihit means it can break through Sturdy and Focus Sash. This ability has the potential to be problematic with Bulldoze or Trailblaze, while proving to be some possible fun with other moves, like Body Slam, or special sets with Tri Attack. However, more likely than not, its best movesets are going to be Reckless Brave Birds, or Scrappy Close Combat sets.
Modified to significantly reduce the amount of coverage it has. Keeping Wild Charge as a recoil move but removing Flare Blitz. Removed most of the special moves but added Focus Blast so a special set could still be viable. Removed moves with a chance of flinching and added Play Rough to give a tiny bit more coverage. Dodrio no longer knows any Rock or Fire type moves. Apart from five coverage moves (First Impression, Play Rough, Wild Charge, Trailblaze, U-Turn), all of Dodrio's offensive moves are Normal, Fighting, Flying, Ground or Dark.

Remove: Scald, Toxic
100 BP - Special - Dragon - 10 (16) PP - 90% Accuracy
Cannot miss when raining. Higher critical hit rate in rain.
(Wind move)

Description: The sea dragon is now actually a dragon. As such it gets access to Draco Meteor and a bunch of other special moves dragons get. Natural Cure synergizes well with Flip Turn and its newly gotten Recover. Nasty Plot helps it be strong on the special side, and its newly increased attack means it is still good a physical dragon dancer.
Slight last-minute changes to respond to the newest feedback, changing Regenerator to Natural Cure and increasing damage and accuracy of Storm's Fury. I hope you like this better Beebos!

Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Typing: Normal / Fairy
Abilities: Cute Charm / Competitive / Guildmaster
Signature ability: Guildmaster:
When this Pokemon switches out, incoming Pokemon will be healed for 25% of its HP.
Stats: 120 / 70 / 65 / 105 / 70 / 50
Movepool changes: Moves added: Moonblast. Moves removed: Toxic, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Pain Split, Curse, Punishment, Nightmare, Teleport.

Pokemon Mistery Dungeon Explorers of Sky is probably the best sidegame. Wigglytuff there works as the leader of the Guild and is a very powerful Pokemon, despite not being serious most of the time. As the leader, it supports the entire guild and even gives to the main character some items (Revival Seed among them) if at the beginning of the game you fail too many missions.

Going from that background, I wanted Wiggly to be the ultimate supporter. Therefore, Wigglytuff's ability works as a weaker Regenerator, but for teammates, Wigglytuff itself will never benefit from it (having 140 HP, that would actually be hella broken).

The other big change is Revival Blessing being added. With it, Wigglytuff can be a Sleep Talk user and heal the fallen teammates many times. On the flip side, Wigglytuff loses all the moves a villain would use, since Wigglytuff is not one. It also loses Wish, since Revival Blessing and Guildmaster already heal teammates enough. Since Wigglytuff also learns Teleport, Wish + huge HP + Guildmaster would be too much. Unfrotunately Revival Blessing was vetoed, so I also added Wish back and removed Teleport instead. Moonblast is an added move, since Wigglytuff is a Fairy and evolves with a Moon Stone, it makes sense.

Regarding Stats, I wanted Wigglytuff to be close to Clefable, so the sum goes up to 480. HP got a decrease, but the rest of useful Stats got a rise.

Wigglytuff is designed to be the centerpiece of the team. He will be sponging hits and healing teammates with Guildmaster and Wish. Wish + Protect + Moonblast is probably the best set, with 4th slot being either a coverage Move, Rocks or Calm Mind.
Teammates can be virtually everything, all Mons benefit from passive recovery.
Main weakness is being Taunt prone. Even with the Special Attack increase, Wigglytuff will be walled and taken advantage of by Poison, Steel and FIre types. A very interesting check is Neutralizing Gas Weezing, since it prevents the new ability from working.

Overall, if this Mon wins the submission, it will be one of the dominating forces of the Metagame.

Pokemon: Seadra
Typing: Water / Poison
Abilities: Poison Point/ Sniper / Toxic Debris (HA)
Stats: 70 / 65 / 95 / 95 / 90 / 85
Movepool changes: Moves added: Snipe Shot, Corrosive Shot, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave.
Signature move: Corrosive shot: 60 Power. 100 Accuracy. 16 PPs. Poison type. Special. Always crits and affects Steel type, doing neutral damage.

Stats aren,t everything. Despite a nice HP and Sdef rise, Seadra doesn,t have any Stat over 100. However, new typing combined with Sniper and Corrosive Shot, makes this not-dragon a real powerhouse. Some calcs to illustrate the power of Corrosive Shot:

252 SpA Choice Specs Sniper Seadra Wicked Blow vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Slowbro on a critical hit: 321-379 (81.4 - 96.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Sniper Seadra Wicked Blow vs. 252 HP / 60 SpD Vaporeon on a critical hit: 262-310 (56.4 - 66.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Sniper Seadra Wicked Blow vs. 208 HP / 84+ SpD Snorlax on a critical hit: 207-244 (40.3 - 47.5%) -- 2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Sniper Seadra Wicked Blow vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Omastar on a critical hit: 177-210 (62.9 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock < Gotta use Shell Armor + bulk on this one.
252 SpA Choice Specs Sniper Seadra Wicked Blow vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Eviolite Chansey on a critical hit: 171-202 (24.2 - 28.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock

Seadra also gets Snipe Shot, which has high but not guaranted crit rate. With just STABs, Ice Beam and Flip Turn, Seadra works as a decent wallbreaker that breaks bulky cores or escapes with Flip Turn from what it can,t kill.

But that is not all! Seadra also gets the Toxic Debris ability and Spikes to be a hazard setter that forces switches (mainly other Poison types to absorb Tspikes or Special walls expecting the Specs Sniper set) to use Flip Turn and send some stronger teammate.

So, the list of sets would be something like this:
1. Specs.
2. Boots Sniper + Spikes + Flip Turn.
3. Scarf.
4. Offensive Spikes + Toxic Debris.
5. Restalk + Flip Turn + Spikes + Toxic Debris.
6. Agility Sniper.

All this makes Seadra a very dangerous and versatile threat. Now, Stats aren,t everything, but they do matter. Seadra is totally counterted by Tentacruel, who not only resists everything Seadra can throw with high Special Bulk, but also removes the hazards. Other poison resistant Mons like Muk also resist Seadra hits quite well, while Chansey and Snorlax are good Special walls in general. Specs set does destroy balanced cores, but due to mediocre Speed, offensive teams can kill Seadra before it can attack. Meanwhile, non Specs sets don,t do that much damage to bulky teams, so Seadra really has to choose which set to use and can,t kill the entire meta with none of them. Finally, it has high competition with the many Water and Poison types that populate the Kanto region. Nonetheless, this is a solid Mons despite lacking Stats.

Pokemon: Dodrio
Typing: Fight / Flying
Abilities: Run Away / Early Bird / Slow Coordination
Signature ability: Slow Coordination:
Each third hit this Pokemon does after its send on the field does triple damage. Hits count resets to zero if the Pokemon switches out. Misses, Protection and Immunities don,t raise the hits count.
Stats: 90 / 110 / 70 / 50 / 60 / 110
Movepool changes: Moves added: U-turn, High Jump Kick. Moves removed: Toxic, Protect.

Dodrio is an average wallbreaker with good offensive type. Only average, unless it gets to survive 2 turns on the field while using offensive moves, since third hit will be a total nuke. New Dodrio's ability is designed from the fact that Dodrio's heads take time to work together, but when they finally do, opponent is literally screwed.

To balance Dodrio a bit, he won,t be getting Close Combat despite being a Fight type. Instead, he has to rely on throwing kicks, which have a chance to miss. Surviving 2 turns isn,t easy, but Dodrio did get an HP rise.

Best set probably will be Band or Scarf with U-Turn, Brave Bird, High Jump Kick and Knock Off. Dodrio can also use SD or Substitute + paralisis support in order to be able to survive 2 turns.

Regarding counters, Zapdos is the best one by far, due to resisting every move Dodrio can throw. Bulky Fairy and Psychic types like Clefable and Slowbro can also check this bird, while fast Electric and Rock types (Jolteon and Aerodactyl for example) can switch into Brave Bird and outspeed it.
Dodrio is a pretty independent Pokemon, the only support it needs is switching in, so slow U-Turn, Volt Switch, Teleport or Flip Turn users help. Healing Wish support can also aid Dodrio to survive longer.

Description: u spam cc and u get stat boosts. dodrio also can be a fast spikes pivot or a wallbreaker. "bad mood" stems from dex entries where dodrio's heads are always squabbling with each other (soul silver)

edit: changed custom ability's name (bad mood --> bipolar)

Here are my thoughts on all the subs -
:seadra: Poison-type recoil move goes pretty hard ngl. I dig this sub, pretty versatile but is easily countered by Alakazam

:dodrio: Love me a good technician mon. Don't know how I feel about Stave Off tho, I guess it can be useful when pivoting in for a teammate or shutting down choice sets, but it doesn't help this Dodrio in isolation, it's gonna die to a single Ice Beam anyways
:wigglytuff: Soothing Song is a pretty solid signature ability for a utility/cleric set, basically what Healer should be... but it's overshadowed by 70 base attack Huge Power, which is likely too much even if it doesn't have priority like other Huge Power users, since the only mon that resists Fairy STAB so far is Beedrill, which has a meager 40 defense; I'd recommend lowering the attack by 5-10.

:seadra: Kinda inferior to lepton's Seadra but it's not a bad sub. Signature move is interesting, and I'd like to see how it can take advantage of Venom Drench, due to having multiple options to spread poison status.
:dodrio: This is a really really good sub, at least thematically. It's one of the few subs that actively parallels its Paldean counterpart, with similar stat spread and hidden ability effect to Bombirdier - the only thing that comes close is Onix having a stat spread mirroring Klawf. Good stat distribution, ground/fighting is a banger typing... My only real critique is losing swords dance: it likely would indeed be overwhelming due to its crazy high speed, but we already have a few mons like Gengar and Dragonite that stand a fighting chance against an sd-boosted Dodrio's STABs.
:wigglytuff: Pretty good sub, fairy/flying is a solid type combo and it can get value from all of its abilities, flare boost offense sounds like a particularly fun set. My main problem is that Bounce Back reflecting half of the damage is likely too much, especially for a high HP mon like this - I'd recommend reducing it to at least 1/3. Also I don't see it ever running Explosion b/c of its lackluster Attacks stat.

:seadra: It's okay - like if it somehow won the slate it would be viable (it is a rain setter after all), but idk we already have a water/electric type, and the signature move isn't particularly useful, especially on choice sets

:seadra: Wtf are those abilities? Sniper and Super Luck are both crit-boosting abilities that shouldn't compete for space on the same mon, and while I'm as much of a Sheer Force enjoyer as the next guy, this mon has barely any moves to take advantage of it - Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon are pretty much it (and Scald... if you're stupid)
:dodrio: Let's be real, you're running Regenerator on this guy - Unburden isn't that useful because of its high base speed and while Roadrunner provides interesting immunities it's inferior to the other two abilities. I don't have much else to say though, other than that it doesn't get much value from Extreme Speed because it's not STAB and again, high base speed.

:seadra: Don't know how I feet about this one, Drake Rifle + Nasty Plot on 115 SpAtk is either busted or a little too slow, especially for a mon like this with underwhelming Speed. Either way it also gets Draco Meteor so it would probably be viable idk
:wigglytuff: It's an interesting sub if anything - it's got unique status moves and Merciless for sleep/paralysis would likely be good

:wigglytuff: Very solid. Fairy/Electric is a type combo that deserves more love, Float Away is a decent custom ability, and unlike SparkRolf's sub Explosion is justified by being boostable by Pixilate. This sub is definitely getting my vote
:dodrio: This sub is silly, it's got a ton of coverage and the potential for special sets, but I dig it. It can go with Reckless for fat brave birds, scrappy for a Flamigo-type beat, or Hit Squad for a little trolling
:seadra: Regenerator pivot >:(
in all seriousness this seadra sub is decent, my only critique is that the signature move's low accuracy that can only be fixed via rain restricts it to swift swim sets only.

:wigglytuff: Weird how you removed Nightmare, because this sub is going to haunt my dreams. Sleep Talk + Revival Blessing, Regenerator for teammates, good Special Attack... this guy would be insane
:seadra: Not sure why you would use signature move on Steels when Water STAB is right there, but at least it combos with Sniper. I kinda wish more Seadra subs leaned in to Sniper shenanigans, it's an ability that hasn't been explored much in general.
:dodrio: Slow Coordination would be frustrating if anything, basically gets to nuke an opponent every three turns. It doesn't get much else outside of the signature ability, so yeah not a big fan of this one

:seadra: I'm so-so on this one, if it wins it would probably be good but fall off as more Ground-types are introduced to clown on it... at least it's got Flip Turn to threaten the slower Grounds tho
:wigglytuff: We were so close to poison boomburst, we were this close to greatness... Oh well, this sub is still good, pretty straightforward but effective

:seadra: Did you read the tin? This would indeed be an effective scarfer, with high SpAtk, lots of STAB options, priority, and Dark Pulse to beat would-be Psychic counters.
:dodrio: THE 18-HIT BEAT UP

:wigglytuff: Another solid fairy/electric wigglytuff sub. Overcharge is basically better Electromorphosis, but it compensates for Wigglytuff's unimpressive offenses, and it does have a lot of electric moves to take advantage of it.

:dodrio: Ok sub with a good stat spread and nice typing. Signature ability has some insane potential for future subs or pet mods, but Dodrio can only really take advantage of it with close combat, and the other two abilities kinda suck.

:seadra: One of the more underwhelming water/poison Seadra subs, but at the very least it's got good SpAtk, and the signature move has a high poison chance that it can then advantage of with Merciless.
:dodrio: What if Galarian Darmanitan... but fair? This sub is okay, interesting how this is like the only Dodrio that retains the Normal type. Giving this Extreme Speed would go pretty hard

:wigglytuff: Kinda whatever, Inflated is pretty convoluted for a custom ability but is probably good... idk I prefer SparkRolf's Wiggytuff over this, also I need sleep lol
:seadra: This sub is kinda aimless, especially the signature move. Even if it gets Intimidate + decent physical Defense I don't see this being good

:seadra: This sub is busted but in the funniest way possible. Anesthesia is a psychotic concept for a move, seriously who let him cook??
:wigglytuff: Grimmsnarl typing, really cool signature ability, more utility moves... damn this really is based scream tail huh?

I stayed up all night on finals week to make this :))

im a couple hours

:dodrio:
Pokémon: Dodrio
Type: Ground | Flying
Ability
: Technician, Long Reach | Stave Off (If the user is hit by a direct move, it applies a Torment effect to the target.)

New Stats
HP - 70
Atk - 100
Def - 105
SpA - 40
SpD - 60
Spe - 110
BST: 485

Move Changes
- status moves: Bulk Up | remove Swords Dance
- physical moves: Bone Rush, Bulldoze, Triple Axel
- special moves: Terablast
Not horribly broken, but it's quite challenging to punish as Ground/Flying/Ice hits the entire meta and can't even be punished with Static/Flame Body/Rocky Helmet because of Long Reach, although Technician does also provide an overwhelming amount of power. I'd reduce Attack by a couple points.

:sv/Wigglytuff:
Wigglytuff
Typing
:

Ability: Bounce Back / Static / Flare Boost
When this Pokemon is hit with a move that makes contact, it hits the attacker back with a third (1/3rd) of the damage taken.
Stats: HP 140 / Atk 65 / Def 65 / SpA 85 / SpD 85 / Spe 40 / BST 480
Movepool Changes:
  • +Hurricane, Air Cutter, Gust, Fly, Sky Drop, Tailwind, Weather Ball, Boomburst
  • -All Fighting-type (except Focus Blast and Counter) and Punching moves, Gyro Ball, Steel Roller, Skull Bash, Take Down, Strength, Nightmare, Gravity, Dig
Description: don't bop the balloon
1/3 damage taken is way too insane of a punish for contact. Reduce damage taken to 1/6 or 1/8.

:ss/seadra:
Pokemon: Seadra
Typing:

Abilities: Swift Swim/Super Luck/Sheer Force(HA)
Stats: 76 / 66 / 87 / 97 / 87 / 97 [BST: 510]
Movepool Changes:
+ Draco Meteor, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Thunder, Nasty Plot, Thunder Wave- Ice Beam, BlizzardCustom Move: Electrified Sniper: 110 BP / 10PP / Electric / 85% Accuracy / Special / Increased crit ratio (1/8 instead of 1/24)
Description: ELECTRIC BLUE! Seadra has abilities that start with S and it's stats end in a 6 or 7. Three sets u can run with this: Crit fisher, SFLO or Rain Sweeper. The lack of Sp Atk really hurts though.
Sheer Force makes these mediocre stats actually threatening. A combination of Thunderbolt, Scald, and Icy Wind hit almost everything for at least neutral. I'd reduce Special Attack by a bit (see Nidoking for reference on how strong a SF mon should be).

:sv/Dodrio:
Dodrio
Typing:
Fighting/Flying
Abilities: Reckless/Scrappy/Hit Squad (HA)
When this Pokemon makes an attack, it instead makes 3 attacks at 30% damage. Any additional effects apply to each hit individually.
Stats: 70/100/70/80/70/120 [BST 510]
Movepool Changes:
Add: Acrobatics, Axe Kick, Blaze Kick, Body Press, Bulk Up, Bulldoze, Brick Break, Close Combat, Double Kick, Earthquake, Fake Out, First Impression, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, High Jump Kick, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Low Sweep, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Throat Chop, Thunderbolt, Thunderous Kick, Trailblaze, U-Turn, Wild Charge
Remove: Haze
A Thunderous Kick that lowers Defense 3 times sounds impossible to switch into, not to mention moves like Rock Slide, Ice Beam, and Tri Attack being uncompetitive, even if non-STAB. If you would remove Thunderous Kick and the sheer amount of movepool additions the Pokemon would be fine.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Typing: Normal / Fairy
Abilities: Cute Charm / Competitive / Guildmaster
Signature ability: Guildmaster:
When this Pokemon switches out, incoming Pokemon will be healed for 33% of its HP.
Stats: 120 / 70 / 65 / 105 / 70 / 50
Movepool changes: Moves added: Revival Blessing, Moonblast. Moves removed: Toxic, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Pain Split, Curse, Punishment, Nightmare, Wish.

Therefore, Wigglytuff's ability works as Regenerator, but for teammates, Wigglytuff itself will never benefit from it (having 140 HP, that would actually be hella broken).

Moonblast is the second added move, since Wigglytuff is a Fairy and evolves with a Moon Stone, it makes sense.

Regarding Stats, I wanted Wigglytuff to be close to Clefable, so the sum goes up to 480. HP got a decrease, but the rest of useful Stats got a rise.

Wigglytuff is designed to be the centerpiece of the team. He will be sponging hits and healing teammates with Guildmaster and Revival Blessing. Restalk + Revival Blessing + Moonblast is probably the best set, although Teleport can be used if you don,t fear Taunt. Other possible sets include Calm Mind and Stealth Rock sets.

You cannot distribute Revival Blessing as it is a Gen 9 signature.
Additionally, the healing ability is much too potent, especially when it stacks with other Regenerator users. I would reduce the healing to 25% or less.

:ss/dodrio:
Pokemon: Dodrio
Typing:

Abilities: Tangled Feet / Keen Eye / Triple Threat (This Pokemon's attacks have 0.4x power but hit 3 times.)
Stats: 70 / 110 / 70 / 70 / 70 / 110 | 500
Movepool Changes:
+ Darkest Lariat, Throat Chop, Lash Out, Sucker Punch, Beat Up, Dark Pulse, Parting Shot, Switcheroo, High Jump Kick, Close Combat, Superpower, Body Press, Final Gambit
- all Flying-type moves besides Brave Bird and Roost, Swords Dance
Description: strong wallbreaker. maybe a pursuiter.
Similarly to PQRDG's Dodrio, this has Headbutt of 65% chance to flinch. Additionally, Dark/Fighting (with Steel Coverage) is unwalled, and this gives a x1.2 power to all its moves. Reduce Attack by a couple points and remove Headbutt lol (we are banning King's Rock if this or PDRDG's Dodrio wins).

24 hours.
