[SET COMMENTS]

* Arceus-Water's bulk, speed and utility combined with its Water typing give it a strong defensive presence in the metagame. The ability to check Pokemon such as Ho-Oh, Necrozma-DM, Arceus-Ground and Ho-Oh with Judgement, as well as switch in on Primal Groudon and defensive Primal Kyogre, makes Arceus-Water an important defensive Pokemon for many balance and bulky offense teams.
* Judgement gives Arceus-Water a reliable STAB option which deals decent damage against Pokemon such as Necrozma-DM and Zygarde, while hitting Ho-Oh and Arceus-Ground super-effectively. Ice Beam is an alternative option to avoid being passive against Primal Groudon, while hitting Zygarde, Rayquaza and Mega Salamence super-effectively, but this comes at the cost of being significantly weaker. Toxic cripples the longevity of opposing defensive Pokemon like support Arceus formes, Ho-Oh and Giratina-O, while also preventing Primal Kyogre from switching in freely, who would otherwise wall Arceus-Water.
* Arceus-Water's positive matchup into Ho-Oh makes it a reliable Stealth Rock user, with Toxic limiting Giratina-O and support Arceus formes as well. Taunt prevents opponents from setting up on Arceus-Water for free, whether it be hazards or stat boosts like Rock Polish Primal Groudon or Coil Zygarde. Refresh removes any status conditions, such as Toxic, that could cripple Arceus-Water from Pokemon such as Ho-Oh or Giratina-O that would ruin Arceus-Water's longevity, or paralysis from Necrozma-DM or Zygarde.
* The given EV spread allows Arceus-Water to always outspeed Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Giratina-O, Ho-Oh and Zekrom, while maximising its physical bulk, allowing it to avoid the 2HKO from Choice Band Marshadow's Poltergeist and Double Dance Primal Groudon's Precipice Blades.
* Tera Fairy provides a valuable Dark-type resistance, letting it handle Yveltal more comfortably, while providing resistances to Fighting-types like Marshadow, and immunity to Dragon-Type moves from Giratina-O.
* Arceus-Water's great bulk and uncommon weaknesses allow it to come in on most neutral hits in the tier, such as Double Edge from Mega Salamence or Photon Geyser from Ultra Necrozma, making it a solid defensive pivot for its teammates. Running Refresh also allows Arceus-Water to switch in more recklessly against Pokemon such as Ho-Oh or opposing support Arceus formes as it doesn't fear status conditions. However, Arceus-Water has significant four-moveslot-syndrome, meaning it will struggle against specific opponents, such as Ho-Oh if not running Judgement or Primal Groudon if not running Taunt or Ice Beam. Alongside this, Arceus-Water's passive nature means its prone to being setup on, especially against Pokemon like Mega Salamence, Ultra Necrozma and Eternatus, so its ideal to have teammates such as Zygarde or Ho-Oh that can handle these threats in case they find opportunities to setup.
* Primal Groudon and Ho-Oh are good partners to Arceus-Water, as they both can check Eternatus, which is appreciated, as Arceus-Water can check Zygarde and defensive Primal Kyogre in return. Arceus-Water being able to soak up status conditions with Refresh is also greatly valued by Primal Groudon, who is prone to being worn down by Toxic, as well as being able to threaten Ho-Oh, who can only use Toxic against it.
* Dragon-types like Mega Salamence and Giratina-O can switch into the Grass- and Electric-type moves that threaten Arceus-Water, as it switches into the Ice-type moves they fear, such as Calyrex-Ice's Glacial Lance; the former is also able to check offensive Primal Groudon, which Arceus-Water may struggle against if not running Taunt or Ice Beam.
* Since Arceus-Water struggles to prevent Stealth Rock against Primal Groudon and Necrozma-DM, especially if not running Taunt, defoggers such as Giratina-O, Ho-Oh and Yveltal are needed to ensure Arceus-Water doesn't get worn down by hazards in longer games.

* Arceus-Water's bulk, speed and utility combined with its solo Water typing gives it a strong defensive presence in the metagame.ap The ability,rc being able to check Pokemon such as Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Necrozma-DM, Zygarde and Ho-Oh.ap, while providing good team support with its movepool options, for Pokemon such as Mega Salamence, Zacian-C and Yveltal. For what types of teams? Also reword to the pokemon it checks with Judgement. For the removed bit it should either be its own sentence, in the teammates section, or a bit more concise. Are you trying to say that due to its ability to check the previously listed mons the second set of mons benefits? It is a bit confusing.
* Judgement gives Arceus-Water a reliable STAB option which deals decent damage against Pokemon such as Necrozma-DM and Zygarde, while hitting Ho-Oh and Arceus-Ground super-effectively. Ice Beam is an alternative option to avoid being passive against Primal Groudon, while hitting Zygarde, Rayquaza and Mega Salamence super-effectively, but this comes at the cost of being significantly weaker generally. Toxic cripples the longevity of opposing defensive Pokemon like support Arceus formes, Ho-Oh and Giratina-O, while also preventing Primal Kyogre from switching in freely, who would otherwise wall Arceus-Water.
* Defog can turn Arceus-Water into a reliable hazard remover, especially since it matches up well against the majority of hazard setters, including such as Primal Groudon and Necrozma-DM. Discussed in the server and defog is removed. Refresh removes any status conditions that could cripple Arceus-Water from Pokemon,rc such as Toxic from Ho-Oh or Giratina-O,rc it is better to just say status also defensive Yveltal could be added that would ruin Arceus-Water's longevity, or paralysis from Necrozma-DM or Zygarde.ap, that would limit Arceus-Water's Speed. Taunt prevents opponents from setting up on Arceus-Water for free, whether it be hazards or stat boosts like Rock Polish Primal Groudon or Coil Zygarde. Leaving it to your discresction but it may be worth mentioning the utility of taunt v suicide leads such as Smeargle and Glimmora.
* The given EV spread allows Arceus-Water to always outspeed Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Giratina-O, Ho-Oh and Zekrom, while maximising its physical bulk. Give some examples. You mentioned Marsh later on and this spread avoids being 2HKOed by Band Poltergeist.
* Tera Grass lets Arceus-Water flip its weaknesses into resistances, letting it stomach Thunder from Primal Kyogre as well as Precipice Blades from Primal Groudon, however it should be careful against the latter in case it runs Fire-type coverage like Heat Crash. Can discuss in C&C but if this is all tera grass does it can probably be dropped. All Pogres run IB and most Pdons run a fire move. It also makes you weaker to Rayquaza which is something Arceus-Water is ideally checking w IB. Tera Fairy provides a valuable Dark-type resistance, letting it handle Yveltal more comfortably, while providing resistances to Fighting-types like Marshadow, and immunity to Dragon-Ttypes like Eternatus moves from Giratina-O. Eternatus will too commonly beat Arceus-W even if not running Sludge Bomb. Tina-O doesn't have to be the example, but it was the first one that comes to mind.
* Arceus-Water's great bulk and uncommon weaknesses allow it to come in on most neutral hits in the tier, such as Double Edge from Mega Salamence or Photon Geyser from Ultra Necrozma, making it a solid defensive pivot for its teammates Not really sure that these are the best examples given that DE is a low roll to 2HKO neutrally though. However, Arceus-Water has significant 4MSS can struggle to fit all of its utility moves into one set, meaning it will struggle against specific opponents, such as Ho-Oh if not running Judgement or Primal Groudon if not running Taunt or Ice Beam. I'm assuming this is the usage tips section. Something about refresh specifically and how it can come in more recklessly should be mentioned.
* Alongside this, Arceus-Water's passive nature means its prone to being setup on, especially against Pokemon like Mega Salamence, Ultra Necrozma and Eternatus, so its ideal to have teammatessuch as? that can handle these threats in case they find opportunities to setup. Merge with the above bullet.
* Primal Groudon and Ho-Oh are good partners to Arceus-Water, as they both can check Eternatus, which is appreciated, as Arceus-Water can check Zygarde and defensive Primal Kyogre in return. Arceus-Water gets murked by wallbreaker Pogre. Arceus-Water being able to soak up status conditions with Refresh is also greatly valued by Primal Groudon, who is prone to being worn down by Toxic. You can merge this into the first sentence. Overheat Primal Groudon appreciates Refresh Arc in general because it walls Ho-Oh which it can only Toxic.
* Dragon-types like Mega Salamence, Zygarde and Giratina-O can switch into the Grass- and Electric-type moves that threaten Arceus-Water, as it switches into the Ice-type moves they fear, such as Calyrex-Ice's Glacial Lance; Mega Salamence likes the hazard removal from Defog as well as Arceus-Water beating defensive Necrozma-DM reliably, while Giratina-O appreciates the status sponge Refresh Arceus-Water can be. Removed since defog is being removed. I'm not sure that these are the best examples since ice moves mostly come from other support arcs or pogre which mence can beat if chipped but the other two don't. Grass moves are mostly from Ferro which beats zygarde and tina-o. There are other mons which synergize better with Arc-W
