Thanks to it's wide variety of coverage and access to Nasty Plot, Thundurus functions as a hard-hitting sweeper. Nasty Plot further boosts Thundurus's high Special Attack, allowing it to OHKO Scream Tail, defensive Gholdengo, and specially defensive RegenVest Manaphy at +2, while Knock Off allows Thundurus to remove Assault Vest from Hisuian Goodra and Iron Hands, but is typically only used on Magic Guard sets. Focus Blast gives Thundurus super effective coverage against Roaring Moon, Heatran, and Volt Absorb Empoleon. Psychic enables Thundurus to hit Iron Hands and Landorus-T while also not being affected by Life Orb recoil; alternatively, Grass Knot consistently 2HKOes Ting-Lu and Swampert. Sheer Force avoids Life Orb chip and boosts Thundurus's Special Attack, allowing it to 2HKO Deoxys-D and max HP Scream Tail after Stealth Rock, while Magic Guard also avoids Life Orb damage and chip damage from Stealth Rock. Thundurus struggles to sweep opposing teams because of fast revenge killers such as Roaring Moon, Azelf, and Choice Scarf Gholdengo; therefore, it requires allies like Corviknight and Empoleon to easily switch in. Corviknight and Empoleon further aid Thundurus since they are able to use their slow pivot to bring Thundurus in safely. Fast special attacking pivots such as Azelf and Iron Moth appreciate Thundurus's ability to wallbreak, as it allows them to clean more easily.

Nasty Plot further boosts Thundurus's high Special Attack, allowing it to OHKO Scream Tail, Walking Wake, and Ceruledge While these calcs aren't wrong, I think it would fit in more if you focused on some bulkier walls that it can KO, such as OHKOing RegenVest SpDef Manaphy or Max HP Gholdengo at +2 Mention Knock Off here; do note that it's mostly used on sets with Magic Guard thanks to its utility. Focus Blast gives Thundurus super effective coverage against Roaring Moon, Heatran, and Volt Absorb Empoleon. Psychic enables Thundurus to hit Iron Hands and Landorus-T while also not being affected by Sheer Force Life Orb recoil; alternatively, Grass Knot OHKOes 2HKOes Ting-Lu and Swampert, which is otherwise checks it who can otherwise check it. Sheer Force avoids Life Orb chip and further boosts Thundurus's already solid Special Attack While this isn't directly wrong, its a bit wordy, cut it down/rewrite it so it's a bit shorter, allowing it to 2HKO Deoxys-D and max HP Scream Tail after Stealth Rock, while Magic Guard also avoids Life Orb damage and chip damage from Stealth Rock. Thundurus struggles to sweep opposing teams because of fast revenge killers such as Roaring Moon, Azelf, and Choice Scarf Assuming you meant Scarfed, otherwise Ghold's quite slow Gholdengo; therefore, it requires allies like Corviknight and Empoleon to easily switch in. Corviknight and Empoleon further aid Thundurus since they are able to use their slow pivot to bring Thundurus in safely. Mention some fast Special pivots that appreciate SFLO Thundurus's ability to wallbreak
