re: kink vs analytic for week 5

after talking with both parties I am making the game a dead game. while its true analytic did tell kink 10 mins and proceed to log off, whats important is that it was not the scheduled time. as long as there is a scheduled time that has been agreed upon by both parties, and the game has not taken place by that time, it is expected for both players to be there and play the game at that time. kink admitted he was not on at that time, so its fairly clear that there can be no way to give the activity win to him as he was not there for the scheduled time. if kink had told analytic that he could not make that scheduled time earlier, then this case would be different, but as it stands it is a dead game as i see no way either side has enough for a full on activity claim.

also smth i should have posted a while ago, but just completely forgot about:

re: harpp vs waszap for week 3

while i had originally declared this an act win in favor of harpp, Pearl told me it should be a dead game as he made the substitute as soon as he found out waszap had missed the scheduled time. harpp should have notified someone on the team that waszap had not shown up, and as he did not then it leads to it being a dead game. tell your opponents team if they have missed the scheduled time. this however does not change the weeks result, as it just makes the score 5-4 instead of 6-4.
